Tucked away along the St Clement coast road there is a site that has approval for five moderately sized houses having a ‘pseudo’ traditional design. Our brief was to change their aesthetic and create a design more akin to their seaside location. Our solution was to completely redesign and reorganise the houses, but keeping them in the same Planning Approved locations to avoid additional  ‘siting’ and ‘overlooking’ problems.
