A Grade II listed house was the setting for this traditionally designed breakfast room on the outskirts of St Helier. Our brief to add dining space to the existing kitchen made sense to extend into the garden rather than reorganise the house at ground floor. The rhythm and style of the existing ground floor windows was replicated to create the walls of the glazed extension, complete with a central glazed lantern, naturally lighting the space from above.
